Basic Troubleshooting Before Submitting a Ticket

Steps to try to resolve a variety of issues:

 

  1. Have you rebooted your computer? If Windows is not responsible, try holding down the power button until the system powers off then wait at least a minute before turning it back on.
  2. Are you connected to power? Computers will often slow their processing speed to conserve battery life, so sometimes a slow computer just needs to be plugged in.
  3. Are you connected to a network? Are you on the correct WiFi network? Do you have a connection to the Internet?
  4. Are you using Internet Explorer or Edge browser? These browsers are not supported by many software developers. Try using Chrome.
  5. Have you cleared your browser's cache? On Chrome, go into Settings -> Privacy and security -> Clear browser data
